| We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Quarterly/Half yearly <BR> Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter/Half year ended on 30th September, 2020. <BR> <BR> All the Directors, KMP''s, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. <BR> <BR> The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Quarterly/Half Yearly Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2020 shall be informed in due course.<BR> <BR> You are requested to please take on record above said information for your reference.<BR> <BR> | |
