| We would like to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on 14th November, 2022 Monday at 4.00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company at 9, Botawala Building, 3rd Floor, 11/13, Horniman Circle, Fort, Mumbai - 400001. The Board of Directors discussed and approved the following: 1. Approval of the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year/quarter ended on 30th September, 2022; 2. Approval of the Standalone Un-Audited Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended on 30th September, 2022; and 3. Approval of the Standalone Un-Audited Statement of Cash Flow for the half year ended on 30th September, 2022. 4.
