Dear Sir,<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 30th October, 2021, have inter-alia, approved an investment in Confidence Futuristic Energetech Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. <BR> <BR> The said investment is subject to approval of the shareholders of Confidence Futuristic Energetech Limited, the subsidiary and such other regulatory approvals as may be required. <BR> <BR> The disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, shall be intimated in due course of time once the offer for subscription is received and actual investment is made.<BR> <BR> The above is for your information & record.<BR>
