Container Corporation Of India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant of Listing Regulations, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of CONCOR is scheduled to be held on Monday, 25th May, 2026 to consider inter alia the approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026.
In the said meeting, the Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend for 2025-26, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
