Further to our earlier intimation dated 06th February, 2020 of a meeting of the board of directors (the "Board") of Coral India Finance and Housing Limited (the "Company") to be held on Friday, 14th February, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(b) and 29(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board will consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th February, 2020. <BR> Trading window is already closed from January 1, 2020 till February 16, 2020.<BR>
