This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders ("Code"), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives from 1st July, 2020 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June,2020.<BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, inter alia, unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 shall be intimated separately in due course. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record. <BR>
