Dear Sir/ Madam,<BR> In reference to above, we regret to inform you the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Om Prakash Bhandari (DIN:00046524), on Sunday, April 25, 2021. He was appointed by the Board in their meeting held on March 30, 2021 as Additional Director in Independent Director category w.e.f.
