Please be informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE Circular (Ref No: LIST/COMP/O1/2019-20) dated April 02, 2019 and as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, from Wednesday, the 01st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 for all the Promoters/ Promoter Group/ Directors/ KMP/ Employees of the Company including designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives, covered under the code.
