CRAVATEX LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. The meeting shall be held by video conferencing mode due to restrictions on account of Covid-19 pandemic.<BR> <BR> Please note that for specified persons and their dependents the trading window in respect of the Company's securities has been closed with effect from January 1, 2021 and they shall not deal in securities of the Company till the opening of the trading window which shall be 48 hours after the results are made public.
