In accordance with provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III), SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee, today, has approved allotment of 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty) rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) each, aggregating up to Rs. 25,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Crores Only) on private placement ("Debentures" or "NCDs").
