Appointment of Mr. Milind Palav (DIN: 08644812) as an Additional Managing Director of the Company with effect from 25th November, 2021. <BR> <BR> 3. Appointment of Mr. Milind Palav (DIN: 08644812) as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in place of Mr. Ramesh Bhosle as a Chief Financial officer of the Company with effect from 25th November, 2021.<BR> <BR> 4.
