Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation(s) 30, 50 & 60 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby wish to inform that the Company has decided to exercise call option in respect of its Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') as per the terms and conditions of issue as mentioned in the Information Memorandum of the privately placed NCDs.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 60(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to further intimate the record date for the purpose of redemption of NCDs pursuant to the exercise of the call option by the Company and the date of redemption and interest payment date.
