| CSL Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to aforementioned regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company''s Code of Conduct of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Company''s securities was closed from January 01, 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, i.e. up to February 01, 2023 (both days inclusive).
