Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, CyberMedia India LLC and Kurrent Media LLC incorporated under the laws of USA have been dissolved. It may be noted that the subsidiaries did not have any business activity. It may also be noted that the dissolution of the aforesaid subsidiaries will not affect any business/ accounting policies of the Company. Consequent upon the said dissolution, CyberMedia India LLC and Kurrent Media LLC ceased to be the subsidiaries of the Company. The details as required under aforesaid Regulation 30 are enclosed as Annexure. Kindly take note of the above information on your record.
