Pursuant to the SEBI PIT Regulations and aforementioned Code, this is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. January 1, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board meeting to be convened and held inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter of Financial Year 2021-22 ending on December 30, 2021. The same has been communicated to all the Designated Persons under the said Code. Also, please note that the date of the Board Meeting for approval of the aforesaid results will be intimated to you separately in due course. You are requested to take the above information on record.
