Dear Sir / Madam, In terms of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are pleased to inform you that CARE Ratings Limited vide its Press Release dated 9th August, 2022, has re-affirmed the credit ratings assigned and have removed them from being placed under 'Credit Watch with negative implications (CWN)'. These credit ratings are for the Long term and Short term bank facilities of the Company and the outlook has been revised from 'under credit watch with negative implications' to 'Stable' for the same.
