The Company has sent intimation letters to those shareholders whose dividend remained unclaimed/ unpaid since declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16 for a period of seven consecutive years, requesting them to claim the dividend latest by March 16, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby enclose copies of the notice for the attention of Shareholders of the Company in respect to transfer of equity shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account, published on November 25, 2022 in Financial Express in English language and Mumbai Lakshadeep, in Marathi language.
