In continuation to our disclosure dated November 22, 2020, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has received today i.e. 14th December, 2022, a Stock Insurance Fire Claim of Rs. 2,85,02,542/- (Rupees Two Crores Eighty-Five Lakhs Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Two Only) from New India Assurance Co. Ltd. We will keep you informed as regards to further and final payments yet to be received towards the insurance claim. Request you to take the above information on record
