With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, has taken note of the resignation of Dr. Sanjeev Gemawat from the position of Executive Director, Group General Counsel and Group Company Secretary w.e.f. the close of business hours today, i.e. June 16, 2022. While taking note of the same, the Board has placed on record its sincere thanks and appreciation for his contribution during his tenure in the Company. Further, the Board has appointed Mr. Rajeev Kumar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 17, 2022. Please take the same on your record.
