Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Chennai Bench has, vide its Order dated June 10, 2022, sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation involving merger of Himshikhar Investment Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited.
