| Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, 05th January, 2022 has inter-alia approved and recommended to increase authorised share capital of the Company from 5 (Five) Crores divided into 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (Pre-split) to 15 (Fifteen) Crores divided into 7,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each (Post-split) and consequent alteration in the capital clause (Clause V) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. In view of the above and in furtherance to the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 13th December, 2021, revised details of sub-division / split of shares as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is attached in ANNEXURE - A. You are requested to take the same on your record. | |
