This is to inform you that the 31st Annual General Meeting (31st AGM) of the Members of DCB Bank Limited ('the Bank') will be held on Friday, July 03, 2026 at 2.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
In terms of requirements under Regulation 34(1) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we are submitting herewith the Notice of the 31st AGM of the Bank, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Bank.
