In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, this is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 11, 2020 considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh Dhiman as Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director (Engineering Business) of the Company for a period of three years with effect from December 13, 2020 subject to approval of members of the Company. His remuneration would be subject to prior approval of lender Bank(s). <BR> <BR> Necessary information in respect of Mr. Dinesh Dhiman as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 read with Regulation 30 - Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-I.<BR>
