This is to inform that today; the Company has performed Bhoomi Poojan of a new plant at the proposed site at Hisar (Haryana). The capacity of this new production<BR> line will be approx. 43776 spindles and with this addition, the overall capacity of the Company will be enhanced to approx. 1,58,000 Spindles. The said new plant would<BR> involve an investment of Rs. 175 Crores approx. in Building, Plant & Machinery, Utilities and other related infrastructure. The project is likely to be completed by next<BR> year and will be financed by mix of internal accruals and debt.<BR> The information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015<BR> is enclosed herewith as an Annexure.<BR> You are requested to take the above on record
