Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) (Amendment) Reg. 2015 read with SEBI (PIT) (Amendment) Reg, 2018 including the Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed after the Closure of Trading hours on BSE on March 31, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 for all the Directors, Designated Persons, Insiders and their Immediate Relatives. It is requested to the designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT), Reg. 2015 (including amendments thereto) and shall not trade or deal otherwise in the Company's securities during the above period of trading window closure. The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023 will be intimated to you separately.
