This is to inform you that as per Company's Code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, preventing and reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives frame pursuant to the provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018, read with SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f. 01.04.2022 till 48 hrs after declaration of Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022.
