Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at the rate of Rs. 3 /- per share (30%) of face value of Rs. 10 each on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ofthe Company, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
