Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. March 4, 2020 after considering the excellent performance of the Company, has declared Interim Dividend of ` 4.50/- (Rupees Four and Paisa Fifty only) per Equity Share of ` 2/- (Rupees Two only) each for the Financial Year 2019-20. <BR> <BR> The said Dividend on Equity Shares will be dispatched/credited to those Members whose name appears on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the Equity shares as on Record Date. i.e. Tuesday, March 17, 2020. The Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched on or after March 21, 2020. <BR> <BR> The Board Meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 5:30 P.M. <BR>
