Dear Sir/Madam, Based on the Report of the Scrutinizer, we confirm that the Ordinary Resolution and Special Resolution proposed at Item No. 1 and 2 of the Notice dated March 29, 2022 have been passed with requisite majority. In this regard, please find enclosed the following: 1. Voting results of the said Postal Ballot through remote e-Voting, in relation to all businesses, as required under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'). 2. The Scrutinizer''s Report dated May 3, 2022, pursuant to Sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
