| This is to inform you that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. February 9, 2023, has allotted 2,25,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each of the Company, to 8 (eight) eligible employees upon exercise of options vested under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 1,20,47,36,378 equity shares of Re. 1 each to 1,20,49,61,378 equity shares of Re. 1 each. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 ('SEBI Regulations'), the details of shares allotted as above are given in the 'Annexure' to this intimation.
