1. The Board considered and approved the proposal to make an investment in the securities of M/s. Dhanada Holdings Private Limited, promoter company, by way of acquisition, purchase or otherwise, in one or more tranches, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 186, 188 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions read with the rules made thereunder and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, the said approval is subject to the consent of shareholders and public financial institutions. The Board has recommended the said proposal to the shareholders of the Company. <BR> 2.
