| DHANVANTRI JEEVAN REKHA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In Compliance of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 26th Day of May, 2022 at 01:30 p.m. at Meerut inter alia to consider and approve audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 Further to inform you that in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for trading in equity shares of the company has been closed from the end of the previous quarter i.e.1st April 2022, for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated persons and will open after the results are made public on 26th May 2022. | |
