It is hereby informed that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)<BR> Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and<BR> in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by<BR> Designated Persons, please take note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of<BR> the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons along with their immediate relatives<BR> and connected persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from Thursday, 1st April, 2021 for<BR> the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st<BR> March, 2021. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Audited<BR> Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2021 to the Stock Exchange.<BR>
