This is to inform that the Company at its Board Meeting held on November 11, 2020 has approved the formation of the subsidiary of the Company, ''Dhunseri Poly Films Private Limited'' for the implementation of the new project of manufacturing of Polyester Films which is in the first phase of expansion with an estimated capex of Rs. 400-500 Crores.
