The Board has considered and passed the following agenda items:&lt;BR&gt; 1.The Board discussed and approved Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results/Statements for the quarter &amp; half year ended 30th September, 2020 along with the Statement of Assets &amp; Liabilities, Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended 30th September, 2020 and Limited Review Report by Vidhani Vaswani &amp; Co., Chartered Accountants the Statutory Auditors of the Company dated 12th November 2020.&lt;BR&gt; 2.The Board Discussed and approved the shifting of Registered office from Gotmare Complex, Block-B, 1st Floor, North Bazaar Road, Dharampeth Ext Nagpur-440010 to PL No. 351, FLAT No. 201, 2nd Floor, Indraprastha apartment, Khare town, Nagpur-440011 within limit of city.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Meeting commenced at 05.00 PM and concluded at 05.30 PM&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same. &lt;BR&gt;
