Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform that Ms. Urvashi D. Shah (DIN: 07007362) a Woman Independent Director has submitted her resignation vide letter dated 25th September, 2023. Consequently she shall also cease to be member of Stakeholder''s Relationship Committee of the Company. Further the company has received confirmation from her that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those which is provided in the resignation letter.
