Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 25th May, 2022 to inter-alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as informed earlier the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed since 1st April, 2022 and will continue to remain closed till 27th May, 2022 (both days inclusive) You are requested to kindly take the above on record and oblige.
