This is in continuation of our letter dated October 24, 2020 intimating that the Monitoring Committee of the Company will meet on November 7, 2020 to fix the Record Date for extinguishment/cancellation of Shares as per the approved Resolution Plan.<BR> The Monitoring Committee has, today, in their meeting, fixed November 20, 2020 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders whose shares will be extinguish/cancel as per the terms and conditions of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Ahmedabad vide its Order dated May 27, 2020.<BR> <BR> Please display this notice on the website of the Exchange for information of all concerned.<BR>
