With reference to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it may please be noted that Sri Jatin Jain, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) has tendered his resignation to pursue the career opportunities outside the Company. The Board of Directors in their meeting held today have accepted the same and accordingly, Sri Jatin Jain will be relieved from his office wef November 30, 2020 (after office hours).
