This is to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and applicable regulatory provisions, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives covered under the code from Friday, July 1, 2022, till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2022 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2022, will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all the designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
