| Dilip Buildcon Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 06, 2020 at the registered office of the Company i.e. Plot No. 5, Inside Govind Narayan Singh Gate, Chuna Bhatti, Kolar Road, Bhopal (M.P) - 462016, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited IndAS Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2020 and any other matter with the permission of chair and majority of the Directors. <BR> <BR> The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries is already closed from the end of quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2020.<BR> | |
