Dilip Buildcon Limited has declared as L-1 bidder for a new HAM project under Mehgama-Hansdiha section in the state of Jharkhand, Order worth Rs. 976.00 Crores. In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has declared as L-1 bidder for the tender floated by the National Highways Authority of India on Hybrid Annuity basis in the state of Jharkhand. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries is already closed from the end of quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
