| We are pleased to inform you that the project 'Four Laning of Sangli- Solapur (Package-I: Sangli to Borgaon) section of NH-166 form existing Ch. Km 182.195 to Ch 219.956 ( Design Ch km 182.556 to km 224.000) of length 41.444 km in the State of Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity Mode' has been provisionally completed. The Provisional Completion Certificate has been issued by the authority and had declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation as on April 25, 2022. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries is already closed from the end of quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. | |
