| This is for your kind intimation that the CIRP of M/s. Dion Global Solutions Limited has been initiated vide the order of Hon''''ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench dated 18.08.2020 and Mr. Pardeep Kumar Lakhani (Reg. No.: IBBI/IPA-001/IP P00541/2017-2018/10966) has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional.<BR> The undersigned has been appointed as the Resolution Professional in the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor in the 01st meeting of the Committee of Creditors held on 23.09.2020 (e-voting completed on 28.09.2020) pursuant to Section 22(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.<BR> That as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the disclosure regarding outcome of the 11th meeting of Committee of Creditors shall be made with the Stock Exchange. This intimation by the Resolution Professional shall be considered in fulfillment of above requirement of the Listing Regulations issued by the SEBI. | |
