This is to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and applicable regulatory provisions, the Trading Window of the Company to deal in equity shares of the Company will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2020 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year Ended on September 30, 2020, will be intimated in due course. <BR>
