Pursuant to applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including Regulation 30, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., March 25, 2022, has inter-alia: a) Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jawahar Lal Goel (DIN: 00076462) as the Managing Director of the Company from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025 (both days inclusive), basis the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and; b) Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Dua (DIN: 03640948) as the Whole Time Director of the Company from March 26, 2022 to March 25, 2025 (both days inclusive), basis the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
