Pursuant to applicable regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including Regulation 30, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. July 29, 2022 has inter-alia, upon receipt of requisite approval from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Mohan as Non- Executive Independent Director with effect from July 29, 2022 for a term of 5 consecutive years. The said appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The said appointment of Mr. Rakesh Mohan has been done basis the confirmation that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or any other such authority.
