| DISH TV INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/07/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated June 23, 2020, wherein we had intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 30th day of June, 2020, to inter-alia consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended March 31, 2020 along with Auditor's Report.<BR> <BR> In view of the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated June 24, 2020, which has extended the time for submission of financial results under Regulation 33, upto July 31, 2020, the above said Board meeting has now been cancelled and rescheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 8th day of July, 2020 to inter-alia consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended March 31, 2020 along with Auditor's Report. | |
