As per Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. on Friday, the 11th day of November, 2022 which was commenced at 1:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:35 P.M., inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022 along with Statutory Auditors' Limited Review Report dated 11th day of November, 2022 issued by M/s. T R Chadha & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, in respect of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022, prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. At the said Board Meeting the said Un-audited Financial Results alongwith Limited Review Report were adopted and approved, which are attached herewith.
