In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in compliance Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, 31st March, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2022. The date of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2022 shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives and other insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
